Please note: You can either make the payment by bank transfer against an invoice or alternatively you can pay by credit card during the online registration process. We accept VISA-, MasterCard or EuroCard.

The participant registration fees include
- Participation in lectures and access to the poster area
- Conference bag and contents
- Admission to Get Together Reception and Helsinki City Reception
- Lunches and coffees according to the conference programme
- Certificate of participation

Confirmation
Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will only be sent when both the registration form and payment in full are received. Confirmation will be sent to the participant by E-mail.

Cancellations of registration and social events
Cancellations will be accepted until 1 May 2010. The full amount will be refunded less 100 € to cover cancellation costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, fax or airmail to the conference secretariat. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the meeting. Replacements of participants are accepted at any time at an extra charge of 30 €.

Confirmation and cancellations of accommodation
Hotel reservation is confirmed only after the hotel deposit of one night has been received. There are no refunds on the hotel deposit payment after 1 May 2010.
